My Wife scheduled my appointment but didn't tell me it was not covered by insurance. We decided it wasn't the cost but the end results. My activities were very limited and we knew I had to do something. Although it took about 8-9 weeks to see results, since I have a VERY heavy work load job. I did eventually start seeing results. I am able to do many activities I was not able to do. I am looking forward to riding quads this Memorial Day. I was only able to ride once last year and suffered for days. I will continue with the exercises I have been shown and hope to see further results. My only other option was surgery and I certainly don't want that any time soon.

Back and Leg pain 24/7. Scale of pain, 8-10. Numbness and tingling left leg and foot.

How are you feeling now?

A lot better most days. Back pain is 2-4. Leg and Hip Pain gone.
